Project Description:

This project includes the construction of administrative office spaces for New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB) staff on levels 1 and 3 of the terminal building. On level 1, buildout of auxiliary administrative spaces to support, landside operations, lost and found office and storage, janitorial offices, and training room is located near the Short-Term Garage entrance.

Additionally, the main administrative office will be constructed on the level 3. The administrative offices include a 4th level with the construction a mezzanine level. The project utilizes existing shell space set with the final buildout of the space to provide 22,000 sq. ft. of space for multiple aviation departments and over 150 employees. This will relocate staff from their current offices in the former terminal on the south campus. The NOAB functions relocating to the terminal include concessions management, finance, human resources, marketing & communications, procurement, commercial development, DBE, security, operations, maintenance, planning, development and construction, etc.evelopment, DBE, security, Operations and Maintenance, Planning, Development and Construction etc.
