Properties Available for Lease

The following properties are available for lease by the New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB).  If you are interested in leasing any of these properties, please download the Notice of Availability and associated appendices, complete the required application form for each property of interest, and return the forms to the NOAB via the email address provided. Applications will be considered on a “first come, first served” basis.

Address: North I-10 Service Road at Connecticut Avenue

This undeveloped and vacant tract of land is bounded by the North I-10 Service Road and Connecticut Avenue, located in the city of Kenner, LA, and situated north of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.  The site is zoned C-2 General Commercial. The site is legally designated as Parcel X-1-A, with an approximately size of 2.449 acres.  The site contains development restrictions that do not allow for above ground buildings or improvements other than site paving, fencing, and lighting as used for surface storage.  The minimum fair market value (FMV) for the site is $7.00 per square foot per annum triple net.

This undeveloped vacant tract of land is bounded by Rental Car Blvd. to the south, East Access Road to the west, Middle Access Road to the north, and South Firehouse Road to the east.  The property is located in the city of Kenner, LA situated south of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.  The site is zoned AH-I, Aviation Heavy Industrial. The site is approximately 11 acres in size. The site has a maximum building height restriction of 150’ msl. The site is accessible from Airline Highway (U.S. 61) via South Firehouse Road or Crofton Road. The site is legally designated as the Klumpp Tract, Parcels A & B, with an approximately size of 23.868 acres.  The site has a maximum building height restriction of 120’ msl. The site is accessible from Airline Highway (U.S. 61) via Crofton Road.  The site has potential rail spur via the Canadian National Railroad mainline.  The minimum appraised fair market value (FMV) for the site used for surface storage ONLY is $1.75 per square foot per annum triple net.  If development of the site is desired, which would include the construction of above ground buildings or improvements, a separate appraisal will be conducted.
