project provides an additional six (air carrier) gates to the current
seven gates on Concourse D. Also included are new food and beverage
concessions, retailers, restrooms and modifications to the security
checkpoint that will allow for the increased capacity.

Expansion of Concourse D will add approximately 56,000 square feet of
building space consisting of new restrooms, future concession space, and
hold rooms all to support the addition of six new Airline Jet Bridge
After Katrina, the project was completely redesigned to meet new airport and airline requirements.

Construction, Change Order, Design, and Other costs are costs approved by the Board.
The PM/CM cost is actual spending as of December 2011.
Other costs include Resident Inspection, Demolition, and Materials Testing services.
