MSY had anticipated a 5.7% increase in month over month numbers prior to the impacts of Hurricane Isaac. Isaac caused an interruption in flight operations resulting in 3 ½ days of flight cancellations. In the end, MSY ended down 6.6% in the month over month numbers as a result of Isaac.
