A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Aviation Board Room on the mezzanine level, above Concourse C, at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. (Garage parking tickets will be validated).
