At approximately noon today, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans
International Airport reopened its runways. The airlines were notified that
they may resume operations, however there are several other factors involved in
determining an airline’s timing to resume scheduled flights. Therefore, we
continue to urge travelers to check on their flight status with airlines
directly before heading to the airport.
